3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

ICbA processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing astrological counseling and karmic analysis,
  • preparation of birth charts and numerological reports,
  • conducting coaching and mentoring processes,
  • communication via e-mail (ordering, information, advice),
  • sending e-newsletters (with your consent),
  • conducting online courses or individual sessions,
  • website traffic analysis (Google Analytics),
  • displaying ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks.

Astro Chess lead forms and first insight requests

If you submit your name and e-mail address through a Meta/Facebook lead form, Instagram lead form, or another Astro Chess contact form, ICbA processes this data for the purpose of responding to your request and sending you the next steps for a first Astro Chess insight.

At this first step, ICbA collects only the parent’s or guardian’s name and e-mail address.

Additional information about the child, such as date of birth, time and place of birth, chess level, tournament experience, development challenges or other information relevant to the Astro Chess insight, is requested only later, after the parent or guardian decides to continue and provides it voluntarily.

Any information about the child is used only for the purpose of preparing the requested Astro Chess insight and related communication with the parent or guardian.

The data is not sold to third parties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting ICbA at info@coachingbyastrology.com.

4. TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

We process the following personal data:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address, phone number,
  • birth data (date, time, place),
  • IP address and website usage data (via cookies and Google Analytics),
  • advertising data (e.g., e-mail address for displaying ads via Facebook/Meta Ads),
  • data submitted through Astro Chess lead forms, such as the parent’s or guardian’s name and e-mail address, and any additional information voluntarily provided later for the purpose of preparing an Astro Chess insight,
  • any other data voluntarily provided.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process personal data:

  • based on a contractual relationship,
  • based on legitimate interest (e.g., service improvement, marketing),
  • based on consent (e-newsletters, targeted advertising, analytics).

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes:

  • for consulting services: up to 5 years after the end of cooperation,
  • for e-news: until consent is withdrawn,
  • for invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).

Data may be transferred to trusted processors (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook, IT and accounting service providers) in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
