Institute Coaching by Astrology (ICbA) is a space for personal growth, insight, and transformation. We combine modern approaches to coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, counseling, mentoring, and guidance with the power of psychological astrology — all with the purpose of helping individuals understand their own inner dynamics, overcome and transcend limitations, and live a more fulfilling life.

An in-depth insight into your personal birth chart and understanding of life cycles. The coach basically uses this knowledge within the coaching process to more easily identify potential obstacles – but can also present the information to you independently if you wish.

Founder of ICbA

ICbA was founded by Miloš Ružič., researcher and developer with over 30 years of experience in the scientific and professional field. He is the author or co-author of more than 25 scientific patents, patent applications, professional and scientific articles, and lectures. He is a pioneer and leader in the fields of product development, work techniques, digitalisation and change management, and more recently also a coach, mentor and advisor in human resources development. He always puts (scientific) truth and people first – their potential, limitations and development paths.

For over 30 years, he has also been dedicated to astrological psychology, with an emphasis on exploring the fundamental astrological structures in the natal chart that reveal an individual’s deepest motives and challenges. His goal is to develop a methodology for overcoming astrological influences and freeing individuals from the limitations symbolically imposed by the “sky above us.” Coaching in this area is called Astro breakthrough coachingTM.

<Miloš is also the European amateur chess champion (FIDE, ELO < 1700).

As the father of a chess player Pia Marie Ružič (WFM), European Youth Champion in Rapid Chess (U16), helped him further develop his abilities in analysis, strategic thinking, and patience through chess – values he now successfully integrates into his coaching and counseling work.

As a parent representative at ŠK Triglav Krško (now ŠK Kostak Krško), he prepared astrological analyses for young chess players and their parents with the aim of better understanding the talents and weaknesses of young chess players. The coaches then incorporated this knowledge and insight into targeted chess training.

One of the exceptional young chess players from this story is Bruno Glas, who became the world youth champion for the deaf and hard of hearing in rapid chess in 2024.

All three chess players achieved additional outstanding results, as did several other young players from ŠK Triglav Krško, for whom Miloš Ružič prepared talent analyses and provided guidance on their development paths.

In the future, he wants to develop a scientifically based model for identifying chess talent with the help of astrology.
