1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to the use of the website www.coachingbyastrology.com and all services, products, and content offered by the Institute Coaching by Astrology (hereinafter: ICbA).
ICbA offers counseling, coaching, astrological analysis, and other related services for personal and spiritual development.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using the website www.coachingbyastrology.com, the user agrees to these Terms and conditions and confirms that they are familiar with them.
Users access and use the website at their own responsibility.
It is prohibited to use the website for illegal purposes, including publishing content that violates the law or copyrights.

3. SERVICES AND LIABILITIES

ICbA services are not a substitute for official medical or psychological assistance. They are alternative forms of assistance and personal development.
The user expressly agrees that ICbA is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of its services or content.

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the ICbA website and services, the user consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
ICbA collects personal data such as e-mail address, first and last name for the purposes of sending e-newsletters, providing advice, and performing ordered services.
Google Analytics is used to analyze website traffic, and advertising tools such as Facebook Pixel and similar trackers may be used.

5. COPYRIGHT

All content on the ICbA website (text, images, video content, etc.) is copyright protected and may not be copied or used without the written consent of ICbA.

6. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with applicable law and not to interfere with the operation of the site or perform actions that could harm the provider or other users.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. Any changes will be published on the website and will take effect on the date of publication.
Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia.

8. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices for ICbA services are expressed in euros (€).
  • In accordance with Article 94 of of the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1), VAT is not charged. The following clause will be added to each invoice issued:
    “In accordance with Article 94 of ZDDV-1, VAT is not charged.”
  • Prices apply to orders placed via the Bookly online form on the website www.coachingbyastrology.com.
  • Payment is made according to the instructions provided to the client upon confirmation of the appointment.
  • Services marked as “contractual” are intended exclusively for contractual parties. These services are not charged separately, as they are already covered by the contractual agreement.

  • Initial visit – 30 minutes (0.5 hours)
  • Consultation (one session) – (1 hour)
  • Initial visit + Consultation (one session) – (1.5 hours)
  • Consultation (three sessions) – (3 hours)
  • Consultation (five sessions) – (5 hours)
  • Initial visit + Consultation (three sessions) – (3.5 hours)
  • Initial visit + Consultation (five sessions) – (5.5 hours)

  • Initial visit + Consultation (one session) – 75 €
  • Consultation (three sessions) – 135 €
  • Consultation (five sessions) – 200 €
  • Initial visit + Consultation (three sessions) – 155 €
  • Initial visit + Consultation (five sessions) – 215 €
  • Consulting (by contract) – 0 €

Sports Coaching

  • Initial visit – 30 € (30 minutes)
