He is the author or co-author of more than 25 scientific patents, patent applications, professional and scientific articles, and lectures. He is a pioneer and leader in the fields of product development, work techniques, digitalisation and change management, and more recently also a coach, mentor and advisor in human resources development. He always puts (scientific) truth and people first \u2013 their potential, limitations and development paths. <\/span><\/p>\nFor over 30 years, he has also been dedicated to astrological psychology<\/strong><\/span>, with an emphasis on exploring the fundamental astrological structures in the natal chart that reveal an individual’s deepest motives and challenges. His goal is to develop a methodology for overcoming astrological influences and freeing individuals from the limitations symbolically imposed by the “sky above us.” Coaching in this area is called Astro breakthrough coachingTM. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><Milo\u0161 is also the European amateur chess champion<\/span><\/span> (FIDE, ELO < 1700).

As the father of a chess player <\/span><\/a>Pia Marie Ru\u017ei\u010d (WFM), European Youth Champion in Rapid Chess (U16)<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong>, helped him further develop his abilities in analysis, strategic thinking, and patience through chess \u2013 values he now successfully integrates into his coaching and counseling work.<\/p>\nAs a parent representative at \u0160K Triglav Kr\u0161ko (now \u0160K Kostak Kr\u0161ko), he prepared astrological analyses for young chess players and their parents with the aim of better understanding the talents and weaknesses of young chess players.
