PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/h3>\n<p>ICbA processes personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>providing astrological counseling and karmic analysis,<\/li>\n<li>preparation of birth charts and numerological reports,<\/li>\n<li>conducting coaching and mentoring processes,<\/li>\n<li>communication via e-mail (ordering, information, advice),<\/li>\n<li>sending e-newsletters (with your consent),<\/li>\n<li>conducting online courses or individual sessions,<\/li>\n<li>website traffic analysis (Google Analytics),<\/li>\n<li>displaying ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Astro Chess lead forms and first insight requests<\/h3>\n<p>If you submit your name and e-mail address through a Meta\/Facebook lead form, Instagram lead form, or another Astro Chess contact form, ICbA processes this data for the purpose of responding to your request and sending you the next steps for a first Astro Chess insight.<\/p>\n<p>At this first step, ICbA collects only the parent\u2019s or guardian\u2019s name and e-mail address.<\/p>\n<p>Additional information about the child, such as date of birth, time and place of birth, chess level, tournament experience, development challenges or other information relevant to the Astro Chess insight, is requested only later, after the parent or guardian decides to continue and provides it voluntarily.<\/p>\n<p>Any information about the child is used only for the purpose of preparing the requested Astro Chess insight and related communication with the parent or guardian.<\/p>\n<p>The data is not sold to third parties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting ICbA at info@coachingbyastrology.com.<\/p>\n<h3>4.
